May 18 - South Yarra to Ivanhoe
A morning run today as I am catching up with my dad tonight for a few ales straight after work.Somehow morning runs just don't do it for me, I don't mind a long run in the mornings, but I always seem to struggle more and be a bit slower in the mornings.
Today was my usual run, through Richmond and over the river behind Vic Gardens, and then up Walmer Street. Then down the trails to Studley Park boathouse, to Fairfield Boathouse and along the trail to the Chandler Highway. Heading north I then get to Heidelberg Road and follow that to work.
I completed this in just over an hour for the 11km's and couldn't quite get comfortable for the entire run.
At least it is now out of the way, and I can kick the legs up a little tonight!
