August 31 - Short Run/Monthly Update
Last night I ran with a friend for a short easy 5km through Fitzroy Gardens, around the Tennis Centre, along Batman Ave and finally back through Traesury and Fitzroy Gardens.It was a nice easy 5km just to get the legs moving.
August wasn't a great month running wise, only clocked up 78km's which in reality should be a good week for me! Anyway on the year's running to date I have made it to Sydney! While I'm here I'll pop in and check out Beki's new joint.
